Qigong

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise.
Qigong coordinates deep breathing with body postures and movements, and mental concentration.
Qigong is a series of gentle exercises suitable for all age groups and is easier to follow than Tai Chi.
Qigong exercises involve simple, slow movements done repeatedly.
This class is suitable for beginners.
