History Through the Ages
This class covers the broad spectrum of history over time. It is not restricted to any specific period. The class has a “learn by doing” philosophy. Members are encouraged to contribute on history topics of their own choosing by researching the topic, then preparing their talk and presenting it to class. Talks may be short (15mins), medium (30mins) or long (45mins) – as a guideline. Lively class discussion is strongly encouraged. Over a year everyone has the chance to give a talk if they choose (it is not obligatory). Classes are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday during the school terms.
