Qigong and Tai Chi
Students will learn and practise Qigong and Tai Chi principles. This is a gentle low impact exercise designed to improve balance, flexibility and strength through slow, flowing movements and deep breathing. It focuses on reducing stress, relieving stiff joints and preventing falls in a supportive environment, making it perfect for all fitness levels and mobility stages.
Students will then learn the beginners style Tai Chi 85-movement set. The aim is to get everyone together in the class to practise the full Tai Chi set.
Tai Chi Beginners will run from 9: 00 – 10:00 am, then Qigong from 10:00 – 11:00 am.
